How It Works

Each quarter, your results across the four Hit List tiers (Seeds, Growers, Builders, Anchors) determine your eligibility. You can earn up to $400 per quarter and $1,200 per year — stacking awards across multiple tiers as you grow.
2. Request It
Once Catalyst receives the commission tied to your qualifying booking, submit your short Award Request Form. You’ll outline who it’s for, what you’ll use it for, and how it supports your relationship-building strategy.
3. Use It
Host a dinner. Send a thoughtful gift. Co-sponsor an event with a Builder. These funds are for meaningful, strategic connection — not personal bonuses.
